1. General Policy

Due to the nature of research-use materials, all sales are generally considered final.

Refunds Are Not Provided For

● Change of mind

● Ordering the wrong item

● Improper product handling

● Opened or used products

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Required Information

● Order number

● Description of the issue

● Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, TheseusChems may issue:

● A replacement product

● Store credit

● A refund in rare cases where replacement is not possible

3. Non-Delivery

Refunds for non-delivery may be considered only if:

● The order was not delivered due to an error on our part

● The carrier confirms the package was lost in transit

● The claim is submitted promptly after the delivery window
